Loved the set. To answer your questions: 1) Lower your car slightly in the sense -- very subtle H&R OE Sports. 2) Reduce body roll? When I swapped springs, it was the same choice and I went with Eibachs as they are not as hard as H&R. There was also something about the steel that Eibach uses has different properties to H&R which explains the different ride. Search on M3 Post. This has been done to death. A lot of M'ers go Eibach.
